About the App

Ksteps is designed to help you quickly view your step count on Apple Watch and complications. You can configure your step goal, language, and unit preferences, and the app reads Apple Health step data to show your progress. On Apple Watch, you can start and save walking or hiking workout sessions with GPS route tracking.

Things to Check

• When you open the app or start a workout for the first time on Apple Watch, HealthKit and location permission prompts may appear.
• Location access is used to record your GPS route during workouts. Declining it does not affect step counting or workout saving.
• It can take a few seconds for the permission sheet to finish responding.
• Your latest step count may refresh when you open or refresh the Apple Watch app.

Information We Access

Ksteps may read Apple HealthKit step data to display it in the app and complications. If you start a workout on Apple Watch, the app may save that walking or hiking workout record to HealthKit. If you grant location permission during a workout, GPS route data may be saved to Apple Health.

How the Information Is Used

• To display your step count and goal progress in the app and Apple Watch complications.
• To save walking or hiking workout sessions you start on Apple Watch to Apple Health.
• To record your GPS route to Apple Health during workouts, if location permission is granted.
• To store preferences such as your step goal, language, unit, and complication title in local device storage and the app group container.

Server Transmission

Ksteps does not send HealthKit data or location data to the developer's servers and does not store it on external systems. All data is processed on your device and within the Apple Health ecosystem.

Third-Party Sharing

Ksteps does not share your HealthKit data or location data with third parties.
